Compensation Market Analysis

Conducted research and analysis of compensation benchmarks enabling firm to create competitive salary structure.

Priority Clients Analysis

Conducted a study of all firm clients over 3 years to identify those that meet minimum KPI’s for inclusion in a Priority Client/VIP/Elite client roster for proactive account management with high likelihood to secure and defend firm core business. This methodology identified 45 of the firm’s most loyal and profitable clients accounting for an aggregate of $166Million in Revenue over 3 years, from the entire universe of thousands of firm clients.

Competitive Intelligence Analysis

Compile and analyze vast amounts of legal industry practice trends and best practices across law firm markets for business intelligence purposes.

International Comms Revamp

A multinational law firm with offices in the U.S. and Europe faced challenges in aligning practice group activity across offices. We serve as an extension of the marketing team to help facilitate inter-office communications and drive projects forward by developing relationships with key constituents and working to ensure the right projects are prioritized. We also work with lawyers to develop individualized marketing plans aimed at raising their profile both internally and externally. 

Business Strategy Review

Pioneered Strategic Analytics Review of Financial, Client, Business Development, and Lateral Partner Recruiting Data culminating in graphical presentations of findings and recommendations for alignment of key operational pillars of firm strategy for the firm’s five-year strategic plan.

Debt Advisory Firm Re-Brand and Expansion

Debt Advisory Firm Re-Brand and ExpansionWorked alongside Managing Directors to plan and implement operations and marketing activities related to firm expansion, including website upgrade, press relations, client development and team communications. Acted as general business manager overseeing operational activity and serving as point person to firm vendors and consultants. 

Customer Loyalty Analysis

Devised and conducted a study of firm clients over three years to identify Clients, Markets, Practice, Sectors, for resource allocation on basis of Client retention, attrition, and acquisition.  Developed strategic recommendations regarding business development strategy based on findings and optimizing revenue generation.

Public Relations Campaign

Worked alongside a team of executive coaches and consultants to manage a firm rebrand, including the launch of a new website. Managed all firm communications and marketing activity, including ghostwriting and placing articles in Forbes Coaches Council. Provided onsite support during multi-day workshops and trainings at client offices.

New Law Firm Launch

Advised top shareholders in a group of lawyers on a new law firm venture.  Handled all phases including Pre-Launch, Soft-Launch, Launch Support. Created short and long term business plans, startup budget, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols, as well as research, vetting, and negotiating software provider contracts, including Clio. 

Pricing and Discount Analysis

Conducted an in-depth pricing study to analyze the pricing, discounting, and realization metrics from client acquisition through the clients’ lifecycle to identify optimal pricing strategy at RFP, Pitch, and client intake stage.

Rebrand and Promotion

Having been operational for three years, a fund finance advisory group was entering its next phase of business growth and needed a strategic partner to manage marketing and operational activities. We managed a firm rebrand, including the launch of a new website and drove marketing related to firm expansion and new partner arrivals.  We manage all marketing, as well as daily operational activity on an ongoing basis. 

Law Firm Project Manager and Team Support

Advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer of a multinational law firm, and working alongside the Marketing Department on an ongoing basis to align European and US office marketing activity, including practice and sector marketing plans, press relations and legal directory submissions.
