Technology Service Line Analysis: Conducted a firm-wide analysis of Technology related expertise across practice, sectors, and markets, and devised a detailed and customized strategic recommendations report for new services, matching firm capabilities to market demand across technology sub-sectors, and in light of law firm competitive landscape and client needs.
Intersections Growth Analysis: Pioneered a new and innovative data analytics approach to identifying intersections (cross disciplinary service areas) with highest likelihood for revenue growth based on multiple KPI’s, as a methodology for prioritizing deployment of marketing resources toward areas with highest potential return on investment.
Litigation Sourcing Analysis: Pioneered a data driven approach to areas of focus for revenue growth in litigation based on level of penetration and legal practice capability in various sectors. This was generated for two key sectors, Financial Services and Insurance, which accounted for approx. 20% of our law firm client’s revenue.
AI Compliance Assessment Tool: Led marketing strategy for 2.0 launch of a multijurisdictional compliance assessment product that incorporates algorithms to analyze regulatory compliance of global companies. The product has certain AI aspects incorporated that will be enhanced in future versions 3.0 and higher, as data sources accumulate.
