Legal
We have worked in the legal industry for years. Our network is full of lawyers, legal administrators, and legal services vendors. We have experience working in law firms on both the legal billable side, as well as the administrative operational side. In business development and marketing, focus industries have included finance, insurance, food & beverage, energy, and infrastructure. We understand general practice including Corporate, Finance, Regulatory, Intellectual Property and Litigation. We have managed functions spanning global offices, European, US, and Latin American, as well as regionally within the US.
Financial
Our work touches the financial industry in several ways. We have expertise working on behalf of private equity and debt finance firms. We have led sector marketing for the financial services sector including client development and proposals for the largest US based banks. We have also touched on finance from the Insurance angle, handling client development efforts and global RFP's for global systemically important insurers and reinsurers. We have managed the blockchain legal practice area including competitive research and advice on regulatory and technology practice development. Additionally, our partners hold MBA's, including in Finance.
Technology
Technology underwrites everything we do. We have handled IT and cyber security for newly operational firm clients. We've managed law firm strategy toward establishing a technology practice group. We handled client development for an emerging fintech group. We also have roots in Intellectual Property law with understanding of Biotech, Chem Engineering, MedTech, Electrical Engineering, among many other areas. Our partners founded the Analytics Impact Network a consortium of Harvard Business Analytics Professionals focused on data science and artificial intelligence.
